Yan Oya’s Sluice gates opened today

(FASTNEWS|COLOMBO) – The sluice gates of the Yaan Oya have been opened this morning (28), the Disaster Management Centre (DMC) stated.

The DMC cautions the people who reside downstream to be vigilant in this regard.

It was reported that the water level of Yaan Oya reservoir has reached 36m due to prevailing rainy condition in the country.
