Petition questioning President’s mental condition to govern the country dismissed

(FASTNEWS|COLOMBO) – Appeal Court dismissed the petition calling for a mental status report on President Maithripala Sirisena and ordered petitioner to pay Rs.100,000 legal costs to the Government.
