IP arrested over missing businessmen in Rathgama, remanded

(FASTNEWS|COLOMBO) – Inspector of Police (IP) attached to the Special Unit of the Southern Province, who was arrested in connection to the disappearance of two individuals on 23 January in Bossa, Rathgama, remanded until 27 February.

The Criminal Investigations Department (CID) on Monday (18) arrested IP Kapila Nishantha over the disappearance of the two businessmen, 33-year-old Manjula Asela and 31-year-old Rasen Chinthaka who were allegedly abducted from the residence of Asela last month.
