Children must have a sound education- President

(FASTNEWS|COLOMBO) – President Maithripala Sirisena says it is important to provide a sound education for all children to build a disciplined and peaceful country.

The President speaking at an event in Polonnaruwa said if the country is divided by ethnicity, it will not benefit any community.

The Head of State added he was committed to a development programme in which all communities live in peace and harmony.
