President to reshuffle Governors?

(FASTNEWS|COLOMBO) – Several Governors have tendered their resignations to the Secretary to President Udaya Seneviratne indicating an imminent reshuffling of Governors.

Central Province Governor Maithri Gunaratne, Southern Province Governor Keerthi Tennakoon, and Uva Province Governor Marshal Perera handed over their resignation letters reportedly upon an official written request.

It is reported that the reshuffle is to take place in the coming week while more Governors are expected to handover their resignations.
