Two spill gates opened in Laxapana Reservoir

(FASTNEWS|COLOMBO) – The Disaster Management Centre (DMC) stated that 2 spill gates have been opened in the Laxapana Reservoir, due to the prevailing heavy rainfall.

People living downstream of Kelani River are advised to be vigilant in this regard, the DMC stressed issuing an alert.
