IUSF protest tear-gassed

(FASTNEWS | COLOMBO) – Police used tear gas and water cannon to disperse the protesting university students at the Lotus Roundabout in Colombo a short while ago, Police said.

Heavy traffic was reported in and around the area as a result of the protest carried out by the Inter University Students’ Federation (IUSF).
