(FASTNEWS | COLOMBO) – The Court of Appeal today (12) directed the Colombo Magistrate’ Court to acquit 8 accused including the former Secretary to Ministry of Defence and Urban Development Gotabhaya Rajapaksa from the Avant-Garde case filed by the Commission to Investigate Allegations of Bribery or Corruption (CIABOC).
