(FASTNEWS | COLOMBO) – Fuel prices will not be subjected to any amendments under the fuel pricing formula this month, the Ministry of Finance announced yesterday (10).

Accordingly, a litre of 92 Octane Petrol will continue to be sold at Rs. 137, and a litre of 95 Octane Petrol at Rs. 161, while a litre of Super Diesel will continue to be sold at Rs. 132, and a litre of Auto Diesel at Rs. 104.

When revising the price, the Fuel Pricing Committee take into account the world market fuel price and make appropriate revisions to the local price.

The fuel pricing formula is effective on the 10th of every month.
