(FASTNEWS | COLOMBO) – United National Party (UNP) MP Hector Appuhamy says certain factions are attempting to create misconceptions in society charging the Presidential candidate of the New Democratic Front (NDF) Minister Sajith Premadasa of flouting election laws.
Speaking at a media briefing MP Appuhamy said election laws have not been violated thus far during Minister Premadasa’s election campaign.
The Parliamentarian noted Minister Premadasa has not made any illegal appointments.
MP Hector Appuhamy said appointments made at the Ministry of Housing, Construction and Cultural Affairs were in line with the annual procedures followed by all Ministries.
