Women’s Emerging Team Asia Cup Sri Lanka plays India in final

(FASTNEWS | COLOMBO) – Sri Lanka Women’s Emerging Team qualified to play the finals of the Women’s Emerging Team Asia Cup 2019, when they beat Bangladesh by four wickets on Sunday at the R Premadasa Stadium.

The Lankans will face India Women’s Emerging, who won the second consecutive game of the ongoing tournament by beating Pakistan by seven wickets at the Navy grounds Welisara.

The finals of the tournament will be held on 29 October at the R Premadasa Stadium.

At RPICS: Sri Lanka Women won by four wickets.

Bangladesh Women: 127 off 48.3 overs (K.Welikonthage 3-18)

Sri Lanka Women: 128-6 off 33.4 overs (H.Samarawickrama 53; N.Akter 3-41)
