O/L Examination commences today

(FASTNEWS | COLOMBO) – 2019 General Certificate of Education (GCE) Ordinary Level (O/L) Examination commences today (02).

Accordingly, 717,008 applicants will sit the Examination at 4,987 Examination Centres island-wide, out of which 433,052 are school applicants, while the other 283,958 are private applicants.

The Examination will continue until 12 December.

Examinations in the morning will commence at 8.30 AM, whilst Examinations in the afternoon will commence at 1.30 PM.
