(FASTNEWS | COLOMBO) – Leave of all Sri Lanka Transport Board drivers and conductors have been suspended from today until the 1st of January.
The move was made in order to facilitate passengers travelling outstation for Christmas and the dawn of the New Year.
Preparations have been made to deploy 100 additional buses to all districts from Colombo Fort, based on the requirement.
Meanwhile a special train plying from Badulla to Colombo Fort and from Colombo Fort to Badulla is set to be deployed tomorrow and on Sunday.
