Avant Garde armory’s magisterial inquiry terminated

Colombo Additional Magistrate Nishantha Peris today terminated the magisterial inquiry into the Avant Garde’s floating armoury after the CID informed court that it would not proceed with the case under the instructions of the Attorney-General.

Meanwhile, the Additional Magistrate revoked the travel ban imposed on Avant Garde Chairman Nissanka Senadhipathi.
