The Police Head Quarters says that using a mobile phone while driving is considered an offence and it has also been decided that the use of Bluetooth equipment and hands-free while driving is also an offence.

Explaining the legal situation regarding such an instance, the Police Head Quarters further stated that no fine will be charged but the culprit will be directly presented before the court.
