Minister Rishad never fails to felicitate minority Students, who make extraordinary achievements. In this context,he felicitated Puttalam President Science College student , Mohamed Munsiff who obtained 2nd rank for Bio Science on National level in the recently released G.C.E.(AL) results. In this occasion Minister said thus ” I am always in the forefront in fulfilling the needs of Puttalam people. Mohamed Munsiff achievement is a gift to the minority community.Learning is not confined to a student. Parents too should contribute in their children’s education. Munsiff’s parents proved it beyond doubt.Country expects experts in various fields. I wish him to be an expert in the field he selects to pursue his higher studies and pray for him. I sincerely thank teachers and principal and others , who continue to support him in all his endeavours”.
