The Court has ordered to transfer Cecilia Kothalawala from Private Hospital to National Hospital. She was transferred to National hospital accordingly.Within 24 hours, she was transferred to the prison hospital. Lawyers appearing for Cecilia Kothalawala have brought this matter to the notice of the Magistrate. The Magistrate in turn has called explanation from the Director of National Hospital for contravening the court decision.
