Deputy Minister Ranjan Rama is expressing his critical views in medias about Buddhist monks, including Uduwe Dhamma Loka Thera, said Sisira Jeyakody ,MP in Parliament. I vehemently condemn this action by Ranjan. A non Buddhist expressing such critical views about Buddhist monks is regrettable.
During last general election Buddhists people too have voted him to office without looking the religion, race or Cast. In a previous occasion, he entered the Mediation Hall located adjoining Kelani Pollegala Maanewalwatta Vihara and created problem there.
Sisira Jeyakody requested him to stop his anti Buddhist activities forthwith.
