A Sinhla news paper has reported that a letter said to have been sent to the Court disclosing that an attempt to destroy vital evidences in Thajudeen’s murder case has taken place .
Modus operandi adopted is to obtain telephone conversation detail of Thajudeen through another accused B report and conceal / destroy vital evidences of Thajudeen.
Those officers who functioned in the Criminal Investigation Department then during the murder are the people behind this attempt.In this connection some of the police officers have informed the court in writing. Colombo Additional Magistrate has included this letter among other documents of Thajudeen’s murder case.
Copies of this complaint letter has been sent to the President, Prime Minister, the Speaker and the IGP.
