Colombo-Kandy Expressway Construction Taken Off Grounds

Construction of Colombo-Kandy Expressway  will be undertaken in three stages as from June , said Minister of Highways Luxman Kiriella. Those who lose their lands and properties due to the Colombo-Kandy Expressway construction  will be offered compensation as per valuation and prevailing market rate.
