Ex-President Mahinda Rajapaksa states that he protected the Sri Lanka Freedom Party (SLFP) when even daughters and sons were abandoning it since it was formed as a political front in the country.
Mr. Rajapakse emphasized so while participating at the 15th commemoration of former minister C.V. Gunarathnage in Dehiwela last evening.
