MR leaves to Uganda & Maithree leaves to London

Former President, Mahinda Rajapaksa has left to Uganda this morning to attend Yoweri Museveni’s swearing-in-ceremony for his  fifth term as  President. Mahinda is accompanied by the  Chairman of Galkissa Mount Lavania ,Danasiri Amaratunga  who gave evidence before the FCID in connection with the status of the house belongs  to Shiranthi Rajapakshe at Dehiwala.
President Maithripala Sirisena and the delegation is leaving to London today(11) early morning to take part in the “Anti-Corruption Summit -2016” to be held in London on Thursday (12).   The Summit commenced under the patronage of the British Prime Minister David Cameron. He  is scheduled to be addressed by the President Sirisena.  Bilateral discussions will be held between British Prime Minister David Cameron and President Sirisena after summit.     Thereafter,on Friday (13) the Sri Lankan delegation will go to  New Delhi for a two-day official visit in India.
