Defence Ministry has directed the Tri forces to be ready for rescue operations in case of disaster and released emergency calling numbers to call for assistance:

Due to depression prevailing weather condition current pattern will continue for next 12 hrs. After 12 hrs depression is expected to move towards India – Met Dept.Forecasts
