Playful Two children Submerged in Flood Water in Wattala

While two kids aged 9 and 16 were playing in flood water near their house this morning (18 ) they were submerged in the water and died in Awarakotuwa area in Wattala, police said. The remains of the deceased have been deposited at the Ragama Teaching hospital pending an autopsy.
