A few showers may occur in the Northern and North-central provinces too.

Showers or thunder showers are likely at a few places in the Uva and Eastern provincesafter 2.00 pm.

Strong winds at times can be expected over the country, particularly over Western slopes of the central hills and Northern, North central and Eastern provinces.
