Wimal Became Fatigue After Pada Yathra

Presidential Commission Investigating Fraud, Corruption, Abuse of Power State Resources and Privileges (PRECIFAC) for a second consecutive day, yesterday. Summoned  Parliamentarian and former Minister Wimal Weerawansa to record his statement.

But  instead of  attending the Commission he has telephoned the Commission Secretary and  informed him that he was unable to appear due to extreme fatigue after participating in the Joint Opposition Paada Yathra (protest march) from Kandy to Colombo.

Meanwhile, sources said that the Commission will discuss on what action to be taken against Weerawansa after he failed to heed their summons, for the second day.
