Is There a Cover up on Navy Probe Against Yoshitha

Srilanka Navy investigation is proceeding  against the former president Mahinda Rajapaksa’s  second son Yoshitha Rajapaksa.  Navy sources  say that  he has been inactive.
Rear Admiral C.W.B. Wettewa, has been placed to  supervise  the investigation into the charges that Yoshitha had gone overseas on 27 occasions without informing the Navy.
In addition to the laws of the country, armed forces members are governed by the military law too, and can be punished by both laws if found guilty of wrongdoing.
They should respect the military law not only when performing official duty, but during periods of overseas trips for personal reasons, hospitalization, private functions and at public places.
If the inquiry is not completed  and punishment given , other members of the Navy who have violated discipline cannot be sentenced too, the sources add.
