Motorcycle- lorry Crash in Katana Cost 2 Lives

Near the Police Academy in Katana, two policemen riding  a motorcycle collided with a lorry.   They had succumbed to injuries after being admitted to the Negombo Hospital following the accident.

The deceased have been identified as two Constables, aged 27 and 46, attached to the Katana Police.

The driver of the lorry has been arrested while Katana Police is conducting investigations.
