Traffic Congestion at Ja-ela

Heavy traffic congestion has been reported on Negombo – Colombo road due to a protest near Ja-ela junction.

The protest has been staged by a group of area residents blocking the way over the decision to dump garbage in an abandoned land near Ekala.
