Imthiaz Bakeer Markar’s Son Adhil Passed Away

Adhil Bakeer Markar, son of veteran politician Imthiaz Bakeer Marker, passed away late last night in London.

Adhil, an Attorney-at-Law, was studying for his Masters in Comparative Politics at The London School of Economics and Political Science.  He was a Director at the National Youth Services Council, Ministry Economic Affairs and Policy Planning.

He was also an Official Sri Lankan Youth Delegate to the United Nations.
