Bribery Commissioner to Resign?

In recent past, allegations were made that the Bribery Commission is working on a political agenda. Adding fuel to fire, president statement condemning politicization under a different agenda was the subject of discussion in public forums.

Hence, Director General of Dilrukshi Wickramasinghe said to have decided to resign from the post of Director General in a day or two. Her decision has already been unofficially conveyed to the PM Ranil Wickramasinghe, who said to have placed her in that position.
