President is Firm on National Security

The President Maithripala Sirisena said, whatever criticisms are made against him , he would not alter the policy he adopts in respect of the country’s national security. He is firm on National Security and assured the public.

He said this at the 2016 Celebration of Heroism Awards conferred on the Three Forces held at the BMICH last afternoon. Prime Minister Ranil Wickremesinghe as well as the commanders of the three armed forces were also present on this occasion.
