Three Sets of Fingerprints Found in Lasantha’s Murder Scene not yet Identified Even After 7 years

A senior officer of the CID said, that the investigators have found three sets of fingerprints on the vehicle.

The Criminal Investigation Department is continuing investigations to determine the identity of the individuals who have left fingerprints on the slain journalist Lasantha Wickremetunge’s vehicle.
Furthermore, the CID suspects that certain military intelligence personnel involvement  in the murder of the journalist  in  2009.

The CID is currently questioning as many as 280 intelligence officers.
