Public Can Now lodge Telephone complaints, If medicinal drugs Sold Over Gazetted Prices.

The reduction of prices by more than 50 % on  48 medicinal drugs was made  according to the National Drugs Policy.The gazette notification on the reduction of prices of 48 medicinal drugs was issued on the 21st of October.

The Health Ministry insisted that  traders must adhere to the prices mentioned in  special gazette issued to reduce prices of drugs.

The Health Ministry has deployed special teams to conduct raids against vendors who failed to adhere to the gazette notification issued by the Ministry.

The Ministry of Health has issued two special telephone numbers  0113-071-073 or 0113-092-269 to enable public  to lodge complaints against traders who sell medicinal drugs above the stipulated prices.
