Ravi Back Track Additional Rs 5 on ATM Withdrawal?

Finance Minister,  Ravi Karunanayake  called  for a meeting in Thaj Samudra  Hotel yesterday (15) ,  where  he cleared  the cloud  that  people use ATM  to withdraw or deposit cash in banks need not pay additional Rs 5  per transaction.  What was proposed in the budget is in regard to transaction done by   Banks and Financial Institutions to make a payment of Rs 5 per transaction.
It has to be mentioned that minimum fine of Rs 2500 for traffic offences and 30 % increase on water tariff proposed in the budget are suspended.
 Additional Rs 5 Tax  on  ATM withdrawal   is the third item in the budget back tracked.
