Three Important Elections in 2017

Government sources said, that a referendum on new constitution, Local Government Election and Provincial Council Elections are scheduled to be held next year.

North Central, Sabaragamuwa and Eastern Province period of office expires in May 2017.

Local Government elections will be held prior to Provincial Council election, sources said.
