Fine of Rs 25, 000 Is it Applicable to VIP Security Division Vehicles too?

Vehicle drivers question whether the proposed fine Rs 25000  for selected 6 traffic offences is applicable  to all citizens  irrespective  of whether they drive VIP security   division vehicles  or private vehicle ? VIP security division  vehicles infiltrate  and  sped away during traffic congestion ignoring all traffic rules creating inconvenience   to others  on traffic.  Will  they too be  subjected to this proposed fine of Rs 25000?   Although the Government  under taken to curtail   traffic violation of VIP  Security  vehicles  , it has not been done so far.

Anyone violating traffic rules should be taken into tasks  irrespective of whether the offender  is an ordinary  driver , VIP or  VIP security service driver.     Vehicle drivers association has raised this  questions  from the Government?
