Appeal Court Noticed Defence Secretary and Environmental Authority to appear in Court

Two petitions have been filed in the Appeal court  against filling of 2 acres of land at Malabe  by Army officers.  Petitioners  claimed  that their   environment will be badly affected by filling this land.

 Appeal Court  issued notice  on Defence  Secretary,  Environmental Authority and three others to appear in court on 11^th January 2017.
