Provincial Councils Continued to Defeat Development ( Special Provision) Bill

 Already   Uva and Northern Provincial Councils  have defeated the  development ( Special Provision) bill  . Today  in the Southern Provincial Council  this bill was defeated .  While 14  Provincial Council  members voted for it 33 members voted against it.  In another development  in Sabragamuva Provincial council today,   while 13  members voted  for it  20 members  voted against  it  thus defeating the bill.
