Dry and cold (during the morning and night) weather can expect over most parts of the island.

Mainly fair weather will prevail over most parts of the island.

Fairly strong winds can be expected over the island, particularly in the Southern half of the country.

Misty conditions can be expected at some places of the island during the morning particularly in the Western, Sabaragamuwa, Southern and Central provinces.
