An Indian Arrested With Gold Worth Rs 1.6 Million

A 28 year old  Indian has been arrested by Airport Customs at the Katunayake International Airport for attempting to smuggle gold biscuits to India.

The Indian had concealed the gold biscuits in his luggage. The gold weighing 300 grams has been valued at Rs 1.6 million.
