Will Wicky Go to Geneva?

UNHCR  is scheduled  to take up Srilanka  issues towards  the end of this month. Srilanka  is expected  to request more time period to address the accountability issue . Various Tamil International and domestic organizations are of the view,  that this is an attempt by the Srilanka Govt to escape from the accountability for war times. Hence, they decided to submit a  petition to the UNHCR . Northern Provincial Council Chief  Minister Wickneswaran is expected to visit  Geneva  to express the views of the people of the North.  When asked he said, that there is still time to decide.
