Central Bank Bond Scam Findings Sent to PC….

 JVP politburo member,  Wasantha Samarasinghe said, that  all reports placed before the country related to the alleged Central Bank Bond scam have been submitted to the Presidential Commission of Inquiry into Central Bank Bond Issues.

He said a special request has been sent to the Secretary to the Commission seeking an opportunity for him to offer verbal evidence pertaining to the alleged bond  scam and  250-page report, including the alleged involvement of the former CB Governor, and his nephew’s firm Perpetual Treasuries, in the alleged scam, was sent by registered post to the Special Presidential Commission probing the allegations.

He further,  that he will also personally hand over a copy of the report to the Commission shortly.
