Sri Lankan Drug Dealer Jailed in Doha

The Gulf Times reported that, a  Srilankan expatriate in Doha was found guilty of  using   to consume and sell drugs .
The Drugs Prevention Department of the Ministry of Interior  detected  the use of  drug by the Srilankan. More drugs were found during a thorough search of his apartment.
During interrogation, the  Srilankan admitted to have  dealings with  drug selling .
A Doha Criminal Court has  fined 200,000 Qatar riyal for the offence and sentenced him to three years in prison and subsequent deportation for illegally dealing.
