Tax Concession to Perpetual Treasuries to Produce Liquor?

President of the SLFP Youth Front, Shantha Bandara alleged he has information to the effect that a liquor producing firm affiliated to the Perpetual Treasuries, which is involved in  the alleged Central Bank bond scam, has been provided with tax concessions secretly.

The former SLFP MP charged that the liquor firm in question is now planning to open up a liquor production outlet in Kalkuda, with the aim of distributing the liquor in the Northern Province.
