Wimal Notified his Hunger Strike in a 12 page letter to the Speaker

MP Wimal Weerawansa, who is in remand prison attended Parliamentary session yesterday. He made a  sentimental speech in Parliament  after submitting a 12 page letter to the Speaker Karu Jayasuriya, informing his hunger strike and his preparedness do anything for the betterment of the motherland.   Today is his second day of fasting. In the meantime, National Freedom Front (NFF) MP Jayantha  Samaraweera  stated a second  revision application would be filed on behalf of MP Wimal Weerawansa in courts .  He further added that Weerawansa has become a political prisoner, and will be working closely with lawyers in order to make his bail proposal successful.
