All Promises Given Will be Fulfilled -PM

Speaking at the May Day rally of the UNP at Campbell Park last evening the Leader of the United National Party Prime Minister said,  the  Government   will fulfil  all promises  given  to the public .The General System Preference+ was one of the promises of the present government, which has now been restored.

The Premier said the country has received the GSP+ tax concession, and now has the opportunity to enter the European market and grow.  Restored GSP+ tax concession will pave way for the country to re-enter the export market.

Premier Wickremesinghe said,  the Rajapaksa regime lost the concession, deprived the country of its income, led it to lose exports and closed down factories.
