Traffic will be restricted at times in Narahenpita and Elvitigala Mawatha from 7.00 a.m. to 3.00 p.m. today (13), the Police Headquarters said.
The Police said that this traffic plan would be implemented in a bid to prevent traffic congestion near the Colombo District Secretariat Office due to the acceptance of nominations.
However, the Police Headquarters said that the restriction will not be applicable to residents of the area.
Accordingly, the vehicle movement will be restricted today on Baseline Road, Havelock Road, Traffic Light Junction to Narahenpita junction, Park Road to Elvitigala Mawatha traffic light junction.
