New Diplomatic Postings to German and France?

The Govt. of Srilanka reported to have taken a decision to change Srilanka Ambassadors in Germany and France. Current German ambassador Karunathilaka Amunugama is retiring from service. To replace him current Defence Ministry Secretary Karunasena Hettiarachi is scheduled. His name has been recommended to the parliamentary high post
