Galanigama – Dodangoda Roads Remains Closed

Director of Expressway Management and Maintenance of the RDA S Opanayake said,  the Galanigama to Dodangoda stretch along the Southern Expressway is temporarily closed.

He said with the exception of the Godagama and Matara interchanges, which are also closed off due to flooding, all other interchanges of the highway are open to motorists.

Accordingly Opanayake said the RDA requests the public to avoid the relevant interchanges and utilise alternative entry and exit points of the Southern Expressway.
